Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Delumio. This policy explains how refunds work for our paid plans.

Short version: If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to delumio.app@gmail.com with:

We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. One-Time Purchases

Delumio offers one-time payment plans (not subscriptions). There are no recurring charges to worry about. Once a refund is issued for a one-time purchase, access to the paid plan will be revoked.

4. Free Tier

The free tier (5 analyses) does not require payment and is therefore not eligible for refunds. Free analyses that have already been used cannot be restored.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are initiated through Lemon Squeezy and processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are happy to resolve any issues directly and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in delayed resolution.
