Delumio ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to provide the service:

• URLs and Figma links you submit for analysis. These are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after analysis completes.
• A session cookie (uxt_id) is set on your device when you first visit. This is a random identifier used solely to track your free analysis quota. It contains no personal information and expires after one year.
• Usage counts: We store the number of analyses you have run, associated with your session cookie, in a server-side database. No name, email, or account is required.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address.
• We do not store the screenshots or content of the pages you analyze.
• We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties.
• We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting, or behavioral advertising.

3. Payments

Paid plans are processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. We do not receive or store your credit card details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. When you complete a purchase, Lemon Squeezy passes us a unique identifier linking your payment to your session cookie so we can activate your plan.

4. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (such as how many analyses run per day). Any analytics we use do not track individual users across sessions and do not collect personally identifiable information.

5. Cookies

We use one first-party cookie:

• uxt_id: A signed, random session identifier. Used to enforce the free-tier quota and to associate a paid plan with your browser. No personal data is encoded in this cookie.

You can delete this cookie at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will reset your free analysis count and disconnect any paid plan from your browser.

6. Data Retention

Session records (usage count and plan status) are retained for as long as your cookie is valid (one year) or until you delete the cookie. Submitted URLs are not retained after processing.

7. Children's Privacy

Delumio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Delumio after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
